This course is a lab-based, small-group simulation program with interactive lectures on topics such as ultrasound-guided large bore access and closure, patient identification selection algorithms and managing complications. It is designed for interventional cardiologists seeking more large bore access and closure and Impella® insertion experience. As a result of this activity, participants should be able to more effectively apply tMCS techniques during high-risk PCI procedures and cardiogenic shock.
