Operators William Lombardi, MD, Lorenzo Azzalini, MD, and Jasleen Tiwana, MD, perform this live case at Washington Medical Center. The patient is a 60-year-old woman who underwent CABG in 2006 and is currently experiencing CCS III angina despite three antianginals. She has an RCA CTO as well as an LCx CTO. The case features the subintimal tracking and reentry (STAR) procedure and knuckling with extensive educational discussions with panelists Bill Nicholson, MD, and St├ęphane Rinfret, MD, from Emory in Atlanta.
