Alan Gass, MD, FACC from Westchester Medical Center presents a case of a 48-year-old male without prior medical history who presented to a local hospital with several hours of chest pain. EKG revealed ST elevations in the anterior leads. He was initially hemodynamically stable and was transferred for urgent cardiac catheterization.
